The stock warehouse (floor storage warehouse for raw materials) is designed to receive raw materials (sawdust, chips, shavings), accumulate (storage) and feed them to the disk separator. The stock warehouse is used as part of technological lines for the production of fuel granules (pellets) and briquettes. The stock of raw materials stored in it guarantees uninterrupted work during the night shift without the use of loading equipment.
Characteristic
The stocker warehouse (the “living bottom” warehouse) consists of stockers, a frame, booms and a hydraulic system, walls. Walls, as a rule, are a construction part and are erected after installing the module on the foundation. It is possible to make walls from metal. The stoker is a welded metal structure made of a profile pipe, to which wedge-shaped blades are welded.
The stoker is driven by a hydraulic station, which consists of a metal tank with a partition, a submersible or non-submersible pump. The tank is equipped with modular hydraulic equipment. The hydraulic station also includes a set of connecting hoses and fittings.
The stock warehouse for receiving raw materials is equipped with a system that prevents freezing of the material and freezing of the pushers to the bottom of the warehouse.
The warehouse equipment is equipped with metal structures, all hydraulic and mechanical elements necessary for its operation, as well as equipment for sorting and preparing raw materials, a control and protection system.
The package includes:
- module and booms assembled;
- embedded parts (anchors);
- reinforcement trusses (to add rigidity to the structure);
- transverse beam;
- safety covers of the outfeed conveyor receiver;
- hydraulic station (hydraulic diagram with description of components is attached);
- hydraulic cylinders;
- line (piping): high-pressure hose, adapters, seals, pipes;
- drawing of foundations and stock warehouse.
The principle of operation
The principle of operation of a stocker warehouse: the stocker is driven by a hydraulic station, the hydraulic station drives the cylinders, which, in turn, move the booms. Due to the movement of the booms, the material moves to the unloading zone. The stockers move along guides. During forward motion, “sharp” the edges of the stocker blades go under the raw materials; during the reverse movement they become “blunt” the sides of the blades move the raw materials in the opposite direction - towards unloading, usually onto a conveyor (conveyor).
Advantages
The floor-mounted stock warehouse has the following advantages:
- Does not require pouring foundations or erecting walls;
- Prefabricated design, easy to install and dismantle;
- Can be used outdoors at sub-zero temperatures; the warehouse walls are made of moisture-resistant plywood (freeze-free).
