Vibration separators
Appointment
The vibrating separator is designed for preliminary and final cleaning of cereals, legumes and other crops from large and small impurities.
Characteristic
- The vibrating separator consists of a frame and a sieve housing mounted on springs. The sieve case has two tiers of sieves: sorting and seeding. The sieves are cleaned with rubber balls during operation.
- The vibration of the housing is reported by directly mounted electric vibrators with adjustable eccentric masses. Special shock absorbers ensure the limitation of dynamic loads when starting and stopping the machine.
- The separators of the SPV brand are particularly effective when paired with pneumatic separation devices UPS with a closed air cycle. At the same time, a high degree of product purification is achieved and air consumption for aspiration is sharply reduced, which leads to significant savings in electricity and heat in the production room.
- The designs of SVP separators and UPS pneumatic separation devices allow them to be combined into one compact unit and installed on a minimum area.

The effectiveness of a vibratory separator depends on many factors, including the amplitude and frequency of vibration, the angle of the deck, the size and shape of the holes in the deck, and the properties of the material being separated. Modern models of vibration separators allow you to adjust these parameters, which ensures high accuracy and efficiency of material separation.
We offer vibration separators of various types – taking into account the nature and composition of the environment being cleaned, the type of operating equipment and its performance.
We are ready to select and install a vibration separator for non-standard production conditions.
The principle of operation
The operating principle of the vibration separator is based on the use of vibration and gravity to separate different particles from each other.
The separator operation process is as follows:
- The source material is fed to the separator inlet.
- The material falls on a vibrating surface called a soundboard. The soundboard makes vertical vibrations, creating conditions for the separation of particles.
- Particles with different physical properties, under the influence of vibration and gravity, move along different trajectories and fall into different exit holes.
- As a result of this process, the source material is divided into fractions, each of which contains particles with similar physical properties.
- The resulting fractions are removed from the separator and can be used for various purposes, for example, for recycling or disposal.
Advantages
- High performance.
- Minimum energy consumption.
- Simplicity of design and small dimensions.
