Vibration unloader

The vibrating loader – podbunker bottom is designed for unloading grain, flour, bran, from filter noses, waste from silos.
The vibrating loader can be used to release other bulk materials that match the physical and mechanical parameters.
Characteristic
- The vibration loader consists of a convex bottom, to which a distribution cone or spherical divider is attached, and a cylinder connected to the convex bottom by means of hinged levers, thanks to which vibration transmission to the hopper itself is eliminated.
- In the lower part, the bottom has a cone with a cylindrical nozzle for the release of the product, with which a sealing coupling with two clamps is included.
- Depending on the position of the imbalances on the shaft of the electric vibrator, it is possible to adjust the performance of the product.

The principle of operation
The hopper is unloaded due to the disturbing force arising from the operation of the vibrator, which sets the convex bottom into oscillatory motion.
Advantages
The internal surfaces of the product are coated with a special wear-resistant material with a low friction coefficient, providing increased wear resistance and unloading of difficult-to-flow products.
