The principle of operation
The principle of operation of the scales in the flow is based on cyclic weighing of portions of the product in a weighing hopper with summation of the mass of each plumb line with continuous feeding of the material into the storage tank, which ensures high accuracy of the result.
The principle of operation of the weighing device is based on the transformation of the deformation of the elastic element of the strain gauge sensor, which occurs under the influence of the weighed load when installed on the load receiving device, into an analog electrical signal; the conversion of an analog signal into a digital form in a discrete counting device, followed by digital processing by a microprocessor and the output of the result.
