Soybean processing line 1000 kg/h
A set of technological equipment equipped with an automated process control system for operator control. The basis of the technological line consists of an extruder, oil presses, a filter for primary oil purification, which are selected for a specific technological process in accordance with the required capacity of the line. The integrated line includes an automated process control system that monitors all processes and records all key production indicators.

The soybean processing line is designed to produce high-quality cake with minimal residual oil content and maximum yield of soybean oil from beans. Soybean oil can be used for both food and technical purposes. The cake is used for livestock feed, or is used as a protein-rich additive in the production of compound feeds. It provides the company with protein raw materials in the shortest possible time and is a tool for import substitution.

Technology
TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME FOR SOYBEAN PROCESSING
The technological scheme of the soybean processing line includes the following operations:
- Seed weighing (additional function);
- Cleaning seeds from dust, sand, stones, large impurities and metal impurities;
- Peeling;
- Extrusion;
- Pressing;
- Oil purification (filtration);
- Oil storage and release;
- Cooling, storage and release of cake;
- Moisturizing the cake (additional function).
Before pressing, soybeans are cleaned of weeds, oilseeds and metallic impurities. Impurities include shells, remains of leaves and stems, sand, lumps of earth, stones, seeds of wild and cultivated plants, damaged seeds of the main crop.
Soybeans sent to the SEPARATOR for cleaning are sorted on two pairs of sieves arranged in parallel in a sieve case (upper and lower pair of sieves).
For soybeans, the sieves indicated in the table are used.

The size of the sieves can be selected by the enterprise individually, taking into account the characteristics of the raw materials.
Departure from the upper sieve - large impurities, passage of the lower sieve - small impurities. In the aspiration chamber, the raw materials are cleared of light, dry, non-adherent particles. To separate particles, velocity loss and inertial force are used.
The peeled soybean seeds enter the HUSKER and pass through the magnetic protection. After collapsing, they are separated to separate the husk and enter the ACTIVE STORAGE. Feeding into the EXTRUDER is the next step after peeling in the processing of soybeans. The prepared hot extrudate is sent to the press for pressing. The resulting oil passes through a FILTRATION SYSTEM and enters STORAGE TANKS for further shipment to vehicles. The cake formed after pressing, if necessary, is cooled, crushed and fed to a warehouse for storage and further shipment, or further processing for the production of compound feed.
The technological process takes place automatically and is controlled from the control room. To operate and maintain the line, 1-2 people are required. The delivery package may include a video surveillance kit and remote access.
