Rapeseed processing line 50 tons/day
Object characteristics
A workshop for the production of vegetable oil and cake from rapeseed, soy and sunflower was opened at the enterprise producing full-fledged expanded compound feeds and protein-vitamin-mineral concentrates. Investments in the project amounted to about 120 million Russian rubles, 16 new jobs were created, including 5 high-performance ones.
Technological solution
- Four (4) lines for rapeseed, soybeans, rapeseed in a 7-storey building. - A line with a design capacity of 50 t/d with an oil storage tank using two-stage extrusion technology to remove anti-nutrient substances. The resulting cakes and oils are used both in their own compound feeds and for sale.Project stages
