Oil press GL-RP-500 purpose and principle of operation
For PRE- or FINAL EXTRACTION of vegetable oil from high-oil crops.

THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
- The raw material is fed into the hopper of the press, and then lowered into the loading unit.
- The screw shaft moves the raw material into the spin unit. The diameter of the screw depressions increases, the free volume for raw materials decreases. This leads to compression and grinding of oilseeds. Bushings are installed on the screw shaft, which create excessive pressure in the working chamber, heat up the mass and lead to oil extraction.
- The oil flows into the collection chamber created by the elements of the oil press frame, and then through the nozzle in the lower part it is diverted to the workshop oil collection system.
- The cake continues to move along the pressing unit, is crushed at the outlet by an impeller and removed from the press into the conveyor for the cake.
