Technical parameters:
- The size of metal sheets is not more than 1500 x 6000
- Standard sheet size: 1250x2500 mm, 1500x3000 mm, 1500x6000 mm
- The blank must have a rectangular shape
- The metal sheet is smooth, clean, not rusty, without creases
Documentation:
- To calculate the cost of manufacturing products, you need to provide drawings in the DXF format or in the AutoCAD (DWG) format
- The technical specification should contain information about the number of parts, the material of manufacture, and the presence of special requirement
- The scale of the parts in the drawings is 1:1.
What determines the quality of laser cutting of sheet metal? The quality of sheet metal laser cutting depends on:
- Performance indicators and functionality of the machines used. Our machine has sufficient power and cutting speed to process workpieces of the required size and thickness.
- The dimensions of the workpiece and the finished part. We calculate the size of the working field of the machine correctly to avoid cutting errors.

The main stages of laser cutting of sheet metal:
Preparation. Proper installation and fixing of the metal sheet on the desktop of the laser cutting machine. Adjust the cutting parameters depending on the type and thickness of the metal.
Focusing the laser beam. The laser beam is focused on the metal surface using a lens or a mirror system. Focusing provides high energy density in the cutting area.
Performing cutting. The laser beam melts and vaporizes metal along a given contour. A jet of compressed gas (oxygen, nitrogen, argon) is used to quickly remove molten metal and protect the cutting area.
Post-treatment. Cleaning of gas residues and molten material or other surface treatments (depending on the requirements for the final product).
Numerical control system. The movement of the laser head and the table with the workpiece is controlled by the CNC. The software allows you to process complex geometric shapes.
Quality control. Checking each part for compliance with the specified parameters and absence of defects.
Packaging and shipping. Packaging of products and preparation for shipment to the customer, ensuring the safety of products during transportation.
