Metal rolling is the process of deforming a metal billet using special rotating rollers to produce cylindrical or cone—shaped products. According to this technology, the sheet is passed between the cylinder rollers arranged horizontally. Under the influence of pressure, it collapses. Sheet metal rolling is often used to connect, squeeze, and interlock rolled metal products of different thicknesses to give them the same size.
