Cold pressing is a process without preheating oilseeds. The oil retains most of the healthy substances. In the case of cold pressing, the oilseeds enter the press at a temperature of about 20 °C (ambient temperature) and the temperature of the squeezed oil in most cases does not exceed 50 °C.
