Globalprodservice: new technologies in the agro-industrial complex

The new line was placed at the production site of the combine in the village of Krasnoe, Molodechno district, in a building that had been empty for a long time, and it had to be put into economic circulation. This solution was proposed to the Molodechno KHP by Globalprodservice. The company's engineers and designers have developed the best options for completing the equipment and installing the line, taking into account the size of the building. Warehouses for storing raw materials were also equipped here.

Before processing, the oilseeds undergo appropriate training in terms of humidity, are cleaned and prepared for pressing.

"First, the oil seeds are cold pressed, then heated to a certain temperature with the help of an extruder and fed to a second press, already for hot pressing," says Sergey Babey, chief engineer of the Molodechno Combine. After that, we get rapeseed oil and cake. Due to the use of own raw materials in the production of compound feeds, the share of purchased components of sunflower meal decreases. This, in turn, allows you to reduce the cost of finished products and save money.

In addition to rapeseed, soybean and sunflower seeds can be processed on the line. The equipment is easily rebuilt from one type of raw material to another. On the day of our arrival, the company finished processing soybeans, and preparations were underway to receive new crop products.

The line operates in automatic mode, almost continuously. Stops are only for scheduled maintenance and when changing crops for processing," notes Sergey Babey.

Only one person is employed on the line during the day, two operators work at night. The sensor sends signals, and operators only need to start the equipment, monitor the switching of operations and fill the hopper. The control of technological operations is provided by an automated control system.

The line itself is very compact: the floor-by-floor arrangement allows you to save space and ensure the convenience of the staff. The line includes two cold-pressed presses with a capacity of 1 t/h. Then this raw material enters the extruder, where it is additionally crushed and heated. In the extruder, the raw material is heated to 120 °150°C and enters the spin. The residual oil content of the cake is 8.9%. The technological process continues in the cooler: the cooled cake is stored longer in the floor storage warehouse.

For sunflower processing, the line includes a husker (seed grinder) designed for collapsing (obtaining a purified core) of sunflower and aspiration (removing the husk). Each seed is subjected to a shock mechanical load in such a way that the husk cracks and the core is released. The fractions of sunflower kernel and husk are separated on the air separator.

Oil is supplied from the presses to the filtration line. There is a primary container for collecting oil. When the container is filled, the sensor system is triggered, and the product is sent to the pressure filter for cleaning. By the way, it is the primary processing of oil that gives the greatest added value.

"A unique engineering solution has been implemented on our database," says Sergey Babey. The line was equipped with equipment of the brand "BRONTO", taking into account the needs of the plant. This is a combined solution in which other elements can be integrated if necessary. What does it give? First of all, the possibilities of using equipment in other technological processes are expanding. Such technologies make it possible, if necessary, to modernize or restructure production quickly enough and increase capacity.

The company also operates a pelletizing line, flour packing equipment and transport equipment.

Globalprodservice company offers its customers to engage in grain germ processing. The technology of obtaining the germ of wheat and other grain crops is now in trend. The germ is only 8-10% of the grain weight, but it is a valuable product. Wheat germ oil contains a unique complex of vitamins, biologically active substances, lipids, minerals and essential amino acids. These herbal products are used in the treatment of many diseases and are actively used in cosmetology. Traditionally, wheat germ oil is used in cooking.

This technology has already been mastered as an experiment at the Molodechno Bakery Plant. The technical component is still the same line for processing BRONTO oilseeds. The production of such products turned out to be very profitable. In Russia, the selling price of germ oil is approximately 1.5 thousand euros per ton.

The cost of installing a line for the production of these products pays off very quickly. For comparison, the line used for processing rapeseed oil seeds pays off in 7–8 months. Taking into account the high added value of the germ oil, this period is several times shorter. The technology for the production of germ oil is still very new, however, there is already a demand for products. And for the pioneers, this is a real chance to occupy their niche in a new segment.

Today, there is a search for promising projects, and we consider the production of environmental products, in this case the production of germ oil, to be one of the drivers for our enterprise, " Sergey Babey sums up.

And the first customers have already appeared - Belarusian forestry enterprises, which have built wood processing plants.
