In the last issue, we told you that the specialists of Globalprodservice have started producing domestic equipment for processing oilseeds. The organization of such production on the basis of the farm will significantly increase profitability due to the processing of rapeseed, soy and sunflower, as well as enrich the diet of animals with protected protein (bypass protein) as part of a well-digested cake. This opportunity interested our readers, so we asked the director of the company Sergey Alexandrovich Silchenko tell us more about the new production.

The company produces equipment for processing oilseeds on rental areas of 1000 m2 on the territory of LLC "MotoVeloZavod". The production area is planned to be increased by another 1200 m2, since the tasks for the development of this area are planned to be large-scale. Additional areas will allow to increase the volume of manufactured products and increase the degree of its localization.

– Our lines for fat and oil production are already operating in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. A comprehensive oilseed processing project has been launched in the Grodno region, the second one is on the way. We are implementing several similar complexes in Russia. The list of our products includes: cold and hot pressed presses, extruders, screw conveyors, oil storage tanks, oil filters, active storage, transport equipment.

In addition to the main technological equipment, the company also produces all related products necessary for the organization of the technological process. These are machines for receiving, heating, normalizing raw materials, weighing and filtering oil. For oil storage, large-volume containers (15-20 m3) are needed, they are also manufactured in stainless steel production.

Flexible production is the main element of the targeted approach, since the design solutions for each specific client are individual in their size, quantity and manufacturability. In the near future, we plan to release equipment in a different direction. More on that later.

Only high-strength materials are suitable for the manufacture of working parts of the main technological equipment. After all, during the processing process, it is subjected to loads in an aggressive environment at high temperatures. Therefore, we approach the design and quality of the main parts very thoroughly.

Most of the materials for the manufacture of the entire product range are purchased on the territory of Belarus. Raw materials that are not produced here are purchased in Russia. The most difficult to produce technologically is casting. The process is carried out in Belarus from alloyed cast iron according to the company's molds. In fact, these are author's designs created by order and drawings of the design department from special alloys.

Our task is to create a high-quality product, as well as meet the demand, primarily for spare parts, in order to ensure uninterrupted operation in farms. The main elements and spare parts should always be available to customers, right here now. That's what we're working on.

Building the production technology from scratch, the specialists of GlobalProdService relied on the experience of their engineering service, which is engaged in the operation and maintenance of fat-and-oil lines and plants. We took as a basis products that have proven themselves well on the market, function and have been in operation for many years. In fact, the best world samples were transferred to the design documentation, which was finalized, improving the weaknesses.

When developing the equipment, we took into account the ratio of its price and quality. Our task is to supply not only high-quality and reliable, but also cost-effective lines for the client. Constructive plays an important role in price formation, so we were looking for a reasonable balance for the benefit of our customers.

Machines for own production were imported from different countries. The production is concentrated on two sites. Plasma laser cutting, bending into a square and into a circle are performed at the locksmith and procurement site. Band saws and several welding stations have been installed. The machining area continues to be filled with turning, milling and grinding equipment. This is where the hardening of the material is carried out, which is necessary to reduce the wear of finished products.

– We continue to purchase the necessary equipment. There are several contracts on the table for the purchase of CNC machines: milling, turning and universal turning. We invest in our own production in order to improve product quality, reduce time costs and save money by avoiding cooperative ties. Anyway, the products of other enterprises are more expensive than their own, " explained Sergey Alexandrovich.
