Currently, Globalprodservice is actively expanding the production and supply of its equipment in Belarus, Russia and other countries of the Customs Union. The organizational structure of the company consists of 10 specialized departments: design, technology, engineering, innovation, commercial, production, sales, accounting, OTC, marketing.

The company's production facilities are located on the basis of Minsk City Technopark LLC. It is a workshop with an area of over 3,000 m2, equipped with a modern multifunctional machine park. It is divided into sections: locksmith welding, mechanical processing, heat treatment, painting, assembly and packaging. The finished goods warehouse is also located here. In addition to the main machines, spare parts and accessories for extrusion and oil-pressing equipment are stored in the warehouse, which are always available, which allows the company to be mobile and prompt in service and warranty service.

The production is constantly being upgraded, new machines are being purchased, ensuring the production of high-quality products. The availability of working capital is provided by own resources. The advantages of oil-pressing and extrusion equipment manufactured by Globalprodservice include: high productivity and degree of automation, long service life, easy operation. In terms of technical characteristics, it is not inferior to imported analogues, and in some respects even surpasses them. It should be noted that the company's equipment is universal, it is suitable for processing various oilseeds. A processing line is a kind of constructor, and if necessary, it can be retrofitted, for example, when changing oilseeds or to increase productivity. The line can operate continuously, stopping only for routine maintenance or replacement of raw materials. The control of the equipment and the entire technological process is carried out through an automated process control system.

The technology of extrusion with pressing or the method of double pressing with extrusion is used, depending on the type of processed raw materials (rapeseed, sunflower, soybeans). The main role is played by the extruder and the oil press, high-quality oil purification is provided by the filtration line. Technological processes depending on the type of raw materials include: purification of raw materials, cold pressing, extrusion, hot pressing, oil filtration, oil weighing, cake cooling. The goal is to extract oil from oilseeds as much as possible and ensure that its content in the cake is as low as possible. Heating the raw materials before pressing contributes to a better oil output during the cold season on the first press.

During the extrusion and pressing processing process, oilseeds are exposed to high temperatures for a short time, which makes it possible to sterilize, stabilize and dehydrate raw materials, as well as to change their structure. This treatment helps to reduce the anti-nutritional properties of some crops (for example, soybeans), including the activity level of trypsin inhibitors and myrocinase enzymes.

The technology of pressing with extrusion from Globalprodservice ensures the production of protected ("bypass") protein, which is of great value for animal husbandry, and maximum oil yield. Double pressing with extrusion is used for processing high-oil crops (oil content of more than 30%), such as oilseed rape and sunflower.

Globalprodservice offers a complete set of equipment for 1.5-4 t/h for the production of granulated grass flour. The line covers the entire technological process: reception, cleaning, drying, crushing, granulating, cooling, sieving and packing. The automatic control system provides control from the receipt of raw materials to the receipt of the finished product.

The company's own research shows that the herbal pellets produced on its equipment have high nutritional value and digestibility, which significantly improves the diet of animals and increases their productivity. In addition, the product has a relatively low cost, which reduces the cost of the animal diet. It should be noted that the use of grass flour as a source of protein in the cattle diet is 2.8 times cheaper than sunflower meal, 3.4 times rapeseed cake and 3.5 times soybean meal. The pellets are convenient to store and transport.

It is not difficult to organize the production of vitamin and herbal granules due to the available technology, which includes artificial drying, grinding and granulation. The artificial drying method allows to preserve up to 95% of the nutrients contained in plants, which significantly increases the efficiency of animal feeding and contributes to a significant improvement in productivity.

Globalprodservice implements engineering projects that make it possible to obtain pellets from various types of herbs with an emphasis on alfalfa, ryegrass, clover and others. The essence of the technology lies in the fact that freshly cut grass is quickly dried and "sealed" into granules. This allows you to maximize its beneficial properties. This approach began to be developed back in Soviet times, but it has not been improved technologically. The initiator of the idea's reanimation in the Republic of Belarus was Vladimir Fedorovich Khrolenko, head of the Parokhonskoye farm in the Brest region. Today, many advanced farms are installing such lines. And they see the real benefits, which are based on numbers. And they say that the cost of producing a ton of dry product in the form of vitamin and herbal flour is much lower than, for example, tons of wheat. The grass flour production line is a good solution for dairy farms where large areas are occupied by grasses.

Globalprodservice is also building turnkey modular plants for processing oilseeds and producing herbal pellets. The company's portfolio includes dozens of implemented projects for the feed industry, the alcohol industry and the timber industry. Currently, the Belarusian manufacturer is building oil seed processing plants in Minsk, Mogilev, Grodno regions, Krasnodar Territory, Leningrad, Belgorod, Voronezh regions, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Some projects are in the final stages, while others are still at the design or delivery stage. Integrated production lines for vitamin and herbal granules for the largest milk producers in the Brest region of the Republic of Belarus have been put into operation.

Currently, there is an active construction of a feed mill with a production capacity of 15 tons/hour for one of the largest poultry farms in Belarus. In parallel, alcohol industry enterprises are being modernized with the active participation of Globalprodservice. Several large-scale projects for the production of wood pellets (up to 3 tons per hour) have been implemented in the Republic of Belarus.
